We are hiring for the position of an HVAC boiler technician. All positions are full time (40+ hours). Overtime is sometimes required. Most of our work is in San Francisco; some of our work is in Oakland. Our shop from which we dispatch is on Treasure Island in San Francisco.

Required skills:
understanding of how steam, hydronic & DHW systems work,
understanding of how control systems work within steam, hydronic & DHW boilers,
experience servicing, troubleshooting and repairing pumps,
experience combustion tuning power burners,
capable of soldering, brazing, threading and joining most other types of piping materials
Beneficial skills:
EPA universal refrigerant license,
knowledge of refrigeration systems,
knowledge of fans and fan controls
Administrative requirements:
Driver's license that's been valid for past three (3) years,
Mechanical aptitude,
A strong work ethic and high physical and mental stamina,
Ability to work overtime when necessary,
Concern and commitment to fellow team members,
Willingness and interest to study aspects of the code and trade personally
