We are looking for leaders and ones that want to be leaders in these key positions below Residential light commercial
Lead positions 5yr MIN EXPERIENCE NO TIME LAPS IN RESUME
The Apprentice positions are currently open 2 yrs minimum continuous experience needed no time laps
lead Hvac working Forman Installer-
Sets equipment - Furnaces, AC, Mini splits, gas pipe , flues, coils, Line sets, accessories , straight forward position
manages job , develops installers to be leads as well as manages job ,
Lead Service Technician- works with apprentice techs to develops them into journeyman -
Lead Clean Water filtration specialist install and service - works with plumbing division. This is a separate division focus on backflow and clean water city and well
Lead carpenter Kitchen , Bath , Framing , Siding those expertise areas
lead Plumber - clean work, water conservation , gray water , gas water - straight forward key man position assists other water divisions position also helps Develops other plumbers to be leads ( looking for some one who can build out a team )
lead Duct Installer specialist - Runs the ductwork division Installer specialist works with installing division and develops team members to move up the ladder to installer and then service
lead Hvac tune up, IAQ Maintenance specialist works with service and install division separate division
Water Heater heat pump specialist
Lead sheetrock , taper finisher
Apprentices all trades 2 yrs or more
Salary range depends on experience with a path to 5% stake ownership and profit sharing in the company limited to 16 share holder .
