ATLAS HEATING, FAMILY OWNED SINCE 1908 IS SEEKING AN ORGANIZED INSTALLER WITH A MINIMUM TO 5 YEARS MECHANICAL COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
AND
INSTALLER (HELPERS) WILLING TO LEARN THE TRADE WITH MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
-Manage subcontract scope of work and contract requirements.
-Track project coordination and communication.
-Manage project procedures, develop relationships with contractors, issue purchase orders, and coordinate change orders with Estimator.
-Manage and mentor field employees.
Evaluation:
-Control deliveries to coincide with schedules and progress billing.
-Timely review, approval, and submission of RFI's, requests for change orders.
-Proper documentation of all projects reflecting the flow of the project (required should we ever have cause to litigate).
-Ability to prepare and run meetings in a clear and concise manner following up on all committed action items.
Required:
-Must have a strong work ethic and a can-do problem-solving attitude.
-Must be an excellent listener and communicator.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting is required.
-Must present a strong, confident and professional image.
Knowledge of California Building Code.
INSTALER/HELPER:
-Some HVAC/Mechanical experience (or HVAC schooling) helpful.
-Willing to learn.
-Strong work ethic
