We are looking for someone interested in managing, training and inspiring a team of HVAC service Technicians. You and your team will be responsible to perform service and maintenance calls, diagnoses, for both commercial and residential. You will be maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for a permanent, skilled full time manager. Qualifications:
Good leadership qualities
Heat pump, fan coil and zone control experience
EPA License
Minimum of 5 years experience as a service technician
Familiarity in HVAC wiring diagrams
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
EPA Universal Certification
Good communication and team building skills
Troubleshooting and Diagnostic skills
Electrical and mechanical repair skills
Clean driving record
Pay is $50-65+/hr or Salary negotiable depending on experience - Plus Commission and Bonus's
