We are a new and fast-growing HVAC company based in Sonoma County, focused on delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing services. We're looking for talented and motivated HVAC Technicians with plumbing experience to join our team and grow with us.
What You Will Do:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and basic plumbing issues
Perform inspections and routine maintenance
Assist with plumbing installations and repairs (e.g., water heaters, piping, fixtures)
Deliver excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Document work performed and materials used
Collaborate with a team that values quality
What We Are Looking For:
4+ years of HVAC experience (plumbing experience a plus)
Valid Driver's License
EPA Universal Certification
Basic plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physically able to perform job duties
Independent and team-oriented mindset
