Position: Construction Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Reading: Extensive understanding and ability to interpret complex building plans is a must.
- Foundation Layout & Construction: Mastery in foundation layout, forms, and framing.
- General Construction: Proficiency in site development, utility trenching, and connections.
- Deck Building & Framing: Proven experience in carpentry and framing.
- Electrical & Plumbing (Bonus): Skills in these areas are a significant advantage.
