Experienced (10+ years) roofing company estimator needed to assess projects, calculate materials/labor, prepare accurate estimates, and communicate with clients. Strong math, blueprint reading, and on-site assessment skills required. English proficiency is required for communication with clients and the team. Salary and bonus potential are negotiable depending on experience.
ROOFER
Experienced (10+ years) roofer to install, repair, and maintain roofs with shingles, tiles, TPO ect. Handle flashing, vents, and waterproofing. Follow safety protocols, and deliver high-quality workmanship—carpentry skills and teamwork are a plus. Compensation negotiable depending on experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops in various weather conditions.
-Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed.
