General Contractor in Santa Rosa has steady work, and we have a shortage of good laborers in the field. We have a wide variety of residential building projects that include interior/exterior work. We need reliable team members who takes responsibility for the job, well-organized, and takes pride in their work. We are not interested in people who are only looking to meet their 8 with bare minimum effort. We would like our team to be career-minded team players. We value honesty, integrity, and respect and looking for like-minded individuals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have own truck and tools.
Must be able to work in Sonoma, and Marin counties.
2+ years of continuous experience in residential remodeling and/or new construction.
Must have the ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
Ability to lead a team of 3 to 4 crew members. (If running work)
Must be well-organized and proactively plan out daily job requirements
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a reliable and verifiable work history in the building trades.
Must be detail oriented and able to complete assignments on time.
Ability to communicate well with others (as needed).
Must have excellent customer service with clients.
Drinking and drugs will not be tolerated on job site.
Must be able to legally work in the US and provide proof.
