IRI Landscape design and construction has position available in Landscape Construction for Crew Leaders or Journeyman. Previous experience in Landscape Construction is required. The right person should have interest to work and grow in Landscape construction industry. Position require fluency in English and Spanish only.
Some of skills desired:
- Blue prints reading and understanding
- Good communication and Management skills - Bilingual encouraged (Spanish/English)
- Run crew of 2-4 persons
- Construction experience in::
Grading and drainage work, concrete forming walls and flatwork, masonry, carpentry – arbors, decks, fences etc.; irrigation, planting…
- Must be able to comprehend and follow instruction
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and/or material (up to 50lbs) and work outdoor
together and on same tasks as any crew member
- Reliable transportation to work, Driver License in good standing(valid and no citation)
- Very strong work ethic
Not all skills are required. We will train right person as long it has good
work ethic and willing to grow in this Industry.
IRI Landscape is an Awarded Landscape design/build company, based in Walnut Creek, with projects mostly in East Bay. Shifts are usually 7:30-3:30 Monday to Friday, some overtime might be required and some Saturdays.
Right candidates will have opportunity to grow with company working on challenging projects with experienced crew.
