C+F is seeking a skilled landscape working construction foreman to join our team. We design and install beautiful, high-end, detailed and aesthetic gardens in San Francisco and beyond.
Ideal candidate should have more than five years experience in the landscape construction industry as a working crew leader, and be able to work directly on site, managing employees, workflow schedules, etc., on a daily basis. Our scope of services include everything from carpentry to masonry to various site work to planting, irrigation, lighting, etc. and the ideal candidate shall be familiar and skilled in all scopes of service. Candidate should also be able to communicate with ease (take direction, give direction, and maintain and report a full understanding of project ongoings) and possess initiative to solve problems, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, possess a valid CA drivers license and a clean driving record. Only hard workers, multi-taskers, and those with extreme attention to detail encouraged to apply.
Position is FT. Starting pay level is between $40-50/hr, depending on experience and with room for growth (after probationary period). We offer paid holidays, health/dental packages, and a 401(k) plan.
