We are a well-established landscape maintenance company and seeking a Skilled Landscape Foreman to lead and manage daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example and has strong knowledge of all aspects of landscape maintenance.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance (required)
-Clean driver's license (Must provide DMV record)
-Bilingual- English & Spanish (spoken fluency required)
-Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and repairs
-Ability to identify plant material and assess plant health
-Experience with pesticide application (certification a plus)
-Skilled in trimming and pruning techniques for shrubs, trees and ornamental plants
-Ability to lead a crew and complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and work alongside landscape maintenance crew
-Perform and oversee all tasks related to mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding and clean-up
-Diagnose and perform irrigation repairs and seasonal adjustments
-Ensure proper pesticide and fertilizer applications
-Maintain job safety, quality standards and customer satisfaction
