Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead carpentry projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks with team members and subcontractors.
Supervision: Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices, providing guidance on techniques and safety practices.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations. Conduct inspections and make necessary adjustments.
Technical Skills: Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, cabinetry, and installation of doors and windows.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the construction process, providing practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and other trades, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
