Job Title: Construction Lead Carpenter
Salary and Benefits: $45-47 per hour, 2 weeks of vacation, and five sick days yearly. Health insurance is $300, and phone is $70. Company Vehicle to take home after 60 days.
Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled construction Carpenter to join our team. He will work hard to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and effectively manage a team of workers and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Reads and understands building plans to prepare project layouts.
Installation of window frames, doors, door frames, and door hardware.
Expert in painting.
Expert in plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
Framing of walls, ceilings, and two-story buildings.
Install tile, laminate, hardwood, and other types of flooring.
Installation of kitchen cabinets and other finishes.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
A high school diploma.
4 years of experience in residential carpentry.
Ability to comprehend building plans.
OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain it.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
