We’re hiring a Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman to take ownership of high-end residential projects from frame to finish. This role blends expert craftsmanship with leadership. You’ll oversee small crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure the quality and efficiency of day-to-day site work.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor carpentry crews on-site
Manage jobsite operations and ensure work is progressing on schedule
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Read and build from blueprints and specifications
Maintain site safety and cleanliness
Perform high-level carpentry tasks (frame to finish)
Requirements:
8+ years carpentry experience, including leadership roles
Ability to manage and motivate small teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with high-end residential construction required
Must be detail-oriented and solution-driven
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
$38–$55 per hour, based on experience
