We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Field Foreman who can run crews, oversee quality, support operations, and assist with estimating. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into Operations Manager or Director of Operations as the company expands.

Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Production
Lead and supervise paint crews on active job sites
Perform high-quality painting, prep, and job-site setup
Maintain production pace and daily job goals
Perform light carpentry/handyman repairs (dry rot, patching, misc. fixes)
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and job-site organization
Quality Control & Communication
Perform walk-throughs and ensure top-level workmanship
Communicate clearly with customers and maintain professionalism
Handle job-site issues quickly to keep timelines on track
Estimating & Job Planning
Conduct measurements, takeoffs, and job assessments
Prepare small estimates and change orders
Assist owner with estimating large jobs
Gather photos, notes, and details for proposals
Review jobs with crews and plan production steps
Operations Support
Assist with scheduling, job prep, and material planning
Help train and mentor painters and helpers
Support the owner as the company grows

Requirements
10+ years of painting or construction experience
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to be hands-on and work alongside the crew
Experience estimating
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Carpentry/handyman skills preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
