Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Branch 2 Field Representative to perform inspections and recommend treatment solutions for pest and termite control. This position offers a competitive base salary, commission, benefits, and the support of a trusted company in the industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $60,000 annually
Commission: 5% on production

Company Vehicle provided
Responsibilities:
Conduct pest inspections for residential and commercial clients
Prepare accurate inspections and propose effective treatment plans
Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
Ensure all work complies with state regulations and company standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Drive company vehicle to service locations throughout the Bay Area
Qualifications:
California Branch 2 Field Representative License (required)
Knowledge of pest management practices, treatments, and regulations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
