I am an investor looking for licensed general contractors who has ground-up construction experience in San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay and Peninsula) to partner with, on challenging lots and flat lots. We can discuss how to set up the LLC. I can handle the land buying part and pay for all plans required for permits and plans. Licensed General Contractor can handle the construction in a timely and economical manner.
Many properties would be constructed on upsloped or downsloped lots, with concrete piers that needs to reach bedrock. So experience in such challenging lots are nice to have as well.
