Job Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (residential and commercial).
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing efficient solutions.
Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
Perform routine inspections and provide detailed reports to clients and supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
Licensing: Must possess a valid C-36 California contractor license.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
Technical Skills: Proficient in pipe installation, fixture setup, and advanced plumbing systems.
Driving Record: Valid California driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Compliance: Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience.
