Diesel Technician / Mechanic – Santa Rosa, CA
We’re a well-established diesel repair and performance shop in Santa Rosa that’s been serving our community for over 10 years. We’re looking for a solid technician to join our crew — someone who knows their way around basic mechanic duties and enjoys hands-on work.
Our ideal candidate would:
Remove and install transmissions, suspension components, and related parts
Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance
Assist with performance upgrades and part installs
Keep your work area clean and organized
Work as part of a small, tight-knit team
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic or tech
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Reliable, motivated, and a good communicator
Must own tools to be able to perform basic tasks, all large or specialty tools are shop owned.
Diesel experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (easy going flexible days off etc)
