Responsibilities:
Order and receive supplies and inventory
Answer phone calls and assist customers
Dispatch service technicians efficiently
Help customers at the counter with their locksmith needs
Cut keys accurately using shop equipment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, customer-first attitude
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
Prior retail or office experience is a plus (but not required)
