We’re actively hiring experienced Solar Installers in the Bay Area to join our growing team!
We’re looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and have hands-on experience in solar and battery installations. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in roof work, electrical systems, and be proficient in installing Tesla Powerwall, FranklinWH, and Enphase battery systems.
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
Experience installing Tesla, FranklinWH, and Enphase batteries
Solid electrical background (preferred: journeyman or advanced-level experience)
Comfortable and experienced working on rooftops of various types and pitches
Familiarity with racking, wiring, conduit, and inverter installations
Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site problems
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Respectful and professional on-site demeanor
