WinnCompanies is in search of a Maintenance Supervisor III to join our dynamic team at Monterey Pines, a 324-unit property located in Richmond, CA.
The Maintenance Supervisor III willperform maintenance functions and provide direction and supervision to maintenance team in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role. The position requires a diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
Please note that this position offers a pay range of $28.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotational on-call schedule.
