Compensation: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour (DOE)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, safety, and aesthetic upkeep of our buildings and grounds.
You will handle a diverse range of facility tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural repairs, and appliance maintenance. You will handle day-to-day repairs and coordinating with outside vendors for larger capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Execution: Complete work orders safely and timely, covering electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
Turnovers: Execute necessary maintenance and repairs to prepare units for new move-ins (make-ready).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and replace in-unit appliances and building systems.
Inspections: Perform regular property walkthroughs to ensure safety and curb appeal; conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
Vendor Coordination: Inspect work performed by third-party vendors and provide access to contractors as needed.
Resident Relations: Interact with residents and colleagues in a professional, positive manner.
Multi-Site Support: Assist with and drive to nearby properties managed.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous professional experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between local properties.
