We are seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves diagnosing and repairing production machinery, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and controls.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on supplement manufacturing equipment and related infrastructure, such as compressed air systems and vacuum pumps.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Work with PLCs, sensors, motors, and control panels.
Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate PM and repair records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in machinery repair.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments (food, pharma, or supplements preferred).
Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant technical certification or degree preferred.
