Our work Hours are from 7:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday. 8 Hours straight pay, 1 hour OT each day (includes a 30 minute paid lunch break).
Job title: Mid level Carpenter
Role: Support lead carpenters in framing, demolition, finish carpentry, door and window installation. Must be able to manage some small jobs.
Compensation for this role: $25-35 per hour depending on experience
Employment type: Full-time
Requirements: You must have your own basic tools, Email / Smart phone skills
Job title: ADU manager
Role: Work with our designers to move the customer project from contract through production to a successful and profitable conclusion. You will be responsible for inputting the schedule, pulling permits and more.
Compensation for this role: $40-55 per hour depending on experience
Employment type: Full-time
Job specific Requirements: Residential construction knowledge, Strong computer skills (PC), management experience directing multiple employees and or subcontractors.
