Job Roles: Auto Detailer
Job Description: This will be for a lead position for auto detailing. This job will require that you manage your 2nd level tech who will assist you. You will need to make sure the van is equipped each morning, meet with your tech, head out to jobs. Work with customers, and perform detailing services.
Position Title: Mobile Auto Detailer
Job Summary: We seek dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our team as Auto Detailers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a range of detailing services, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. This job will be part-time to start with the possibility of moving to full-time if the candidate is interested. Candidate will need to pass background checks and possess a clean driving record.
Job to start in July.
Responsibilities:
Drive a large work van from site to site in a responsible and lawful manner.
Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and restoring surfaces.
Utilize professional detailing equipment and products to achieve exceptional results.
Inspect vehicles for defects, scratches, or imperfections and provide corrective measures as well as provide before and after photo evidence in the job system.
Apply ceramic-infused treatments to protect and enhance vehicle surfaces.
Uphold company standards for cleanliness and presentation in the detailing areas and trucks.
Interact courteously and professionally with customers to understand their detailing needs and address concerns.
Requirements:
Prior experience in auto detailing is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and attention to detail are crucial.
Knowledge of detailing techniques, equipment, and products is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Additional Skills (Optional):
Certification or training in auto detailing.
Familiarity with different vehicle types and their specific detailing requirements.
Proficiency in using detailing tools such as buffers, polishers, steam cleaners, etc.
