Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Technician - Fleet Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of complex repairs and maintenance tasks on fleet vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technology, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair major vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, timing components, suspensions, steering, cooling systems, and drivetrains.
Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
Complete and organized Master tool set required.
Provide mobile repair services to fleet vehicles.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and workmanship.
Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Be efficient and have the tools, experience, and capability to complete timing chains/belts, engine and transmission services and changes, and have suspension, steering and overall drivability knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, specifically at Skill Level A.
- Extensive knowledge and ability to perform complex repairs on various vehicle systems.
- Must have own complete and organized Master tool set.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- ASE or other certifications are preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
