Position: Independent Contractor
Pay: Commission-based – $60K–$150K+ (based on performance)
Requirements:
2+ years experience in appliance repair or related field (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
Able to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently
Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
Own basic tools
Great communication & customer service skills
