Experienced Remodeler / Painter – Full-Time (East Bay)
We’re a residential remodeling company working throughout the East Bay — Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. Our projects include full interior and exterior remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and more.
We’re looking to add an experienced remodeler who also has strong painting skills to round out our team. You should take pride in your work, show up ready to go, and be able to work independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
Skilled and efficient painter — interior and exterior
Proficient with power tools
Strong in at least 3 trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, basic plumbing/electrical)
Works efficiently with strong attention to detail
Keeps a clean, organized work site
Has basic tools and reliable transportation (truck preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or crew leadership experience is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER:
Full-time W-2 position
$28–$40/hr based on experience
