Experienced Residential Remodeler/ Painter – Full-Time W-2 (East Bay)
We’re a residential remodeling company serving the East Bay — Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. Our work includes full interior and exterior remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and more.
We’re currently looking to hire a skilled remodeler with strong all-around experience. Solid painting skills are highly preferred, but this is not a painting-only position. This is a W-2 employee role — not for contractors or crews.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience
Proficient in at least 3 trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, basic plumbing/electrical)
Strong interior/exterior painting skills preferred, but not required
Able to work independently and follow project timelines
Experience using power tools and maintaining clean job sites
Basic tool set and reliable transportation (truck preferred)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 employment only — no 1099/subs)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or crew lead experience is a plus
What We Offer:
Full-time W-2 position (not 1099)
Pay: $28–$40/hr, based on experience
