1. Position: Painter
Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Painters who are skilled in using paint sprayers to apply finishes to commercial projects efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or applying primer.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using paint sprayers, brushes, and rollers.
Ensure a smooth and uniform finish by using proper application techniques.
Set up and maintain painting equipment, including sprayers, brushes, and other tools.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Assist painters with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Set up and maintain equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and paint sprayers.
Mix paint and other materials according to specifications.
Transport supplies, tools, and equipment to job sites.
Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow instructions from the foreman and senior painters.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter, preferably in commercial settings.
Proficiency in using paint sprayers and other painting tools.
Knowledge of paint mixing and matching techniques.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Physical stamina and the ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
