Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paver Installer and Landscape Construction Installer to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for installing various types of pavers, artificial turf, progolas, ect. to create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our clients. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare work sites for paver installation, including excavation, grading, and compacting.
Lay pavers according to design plans, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
Cut and shape pavers as needed to fit within designated areas.
Install edge restraints and jointing sand to secure pavers in place.
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Paver Installer or similar role in the landscaping or construction industry.
Proficiency in laying various types of pavers, including interlocking concrete pavers, natural stone, and brick.
Strong understanding of landscape design principles and techniques.
Ability to interpret design plans and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Professionalism and strong communication skills.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
