PLUMBING SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
Coordinate crews and manage performance
Assign specific job tasks to qualified plumbers and laborers
Assist in layout, prefabrication and installation as required
Understand project plans, scope of work, submittals and equipment requirements
Monitor deadlines in accordance with project contracts
Perform quality control to make sure all material is installed per code and manufacturer requirements

Ensure all work is completed in the safest and most efficient manner as possible
Review and submit all RF’s for issues that may arise during the project
Complete daily logs for time/attendance records
Create and maintain professional relationships, i.e. General Contractors, material suppliers, project managers
Qualifications:
Ability to supervise, lead and develop crews
5-7 years of multi-family apartment plumbing/piping experience
Must have the ability to read and comprehend construction documents and schedules
Ability to forecast task and material needs
Prioritize safety for self and others on all projects
