Immediate opening, Remodeler/Project manager. Applicants should have a great working attitude, able to converse with homeowners, be in good physical shape with no lifting restrictions, have & familiarity with common hand tools, have reliable transportation to and from work, and be comfortable using ladders.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
3+ years full time employment working as a remodeler/project manager
Assist with the cleaning and remodeling of shared spaces
Performs a wide variety of job scopes.
Collaborating with clients to develop estimates based on client specifications
Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and other plans to determine materials, labor costs, and time required to complete the project
Managing all aspects of a project from start to finish, including managing a team of estimators, project managers, and supervisors
Managing client relationships, communicating effectively with customers, and presenting proposals to potential clients
Reviewing and approving invoices from subcontractors to ensure accuracy and on time delivery of services
Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback
Have your own work truck and necessary tools for your trade
Valid Driver's License
Read blueprints and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes
Base Pay to be determined and negotiated.
