Ralston Management Group is currently searching for an onsite Resident Manager near downtown Walnut Creek for a 60+ unit residential property.
As an onsite Resident Manager, your responsibilities include:
Perform routine property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security
Report property maintenance issues to management as they arise
Perform move-in and move-out inspections, and provide documentation to management
Conduct apartment showings
Respond to tenant communications
Deliver tenant notices
Assist with vendor access
Light maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, and resetting garbage disposals
This is a job that can happen anytime of the day - emergency leaks and lockouts happen, and we need to provide a professional response whenever the task arises. This position would be ideal for someone who already works from home, or part-time.
Qualifications:
Basic communication skills, with fluency in reading and writing in English
Basic technology skills, including using a smartphone to respond to inquiries via text, telephone, and email, send/receive pictures/video, and operating a printer/scanner
Knowledge of basic janitorial equipment
Previous experience as a Resident Manager strongly preferred
Compensation:
Paid Onsite 1-Bedroom Apartment with 1 Parking Space. Utilities not included.
