True North Construction is looking for qualified residential Foreman or Project Manager. We have 30 years of experience in custom building in Marin and San Francisco. Please see our website at truenorthconstruction.com. Position is a supervision role. No bags required. You would be required to supervise up to two projects at one time. We take a team approach to building. If your strength is rough construction, you may just supervise the rough phase and the same would apply to finish. If your strength/experience is from dirt to doorknobs, that works too.
You would be required to have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
You must be able to communicate clearly in English and sometimes in Spanish.
You must have computer skills and be able to organize documents in PM software.
You must be able to read plans.
A truck with a rack is a plus but we do have vehicles and tools.
Applicant must have good people skills.
We are a detail-oriented custom builder. Applicant must have quality over quantity sensibility.
Applicant must be able to evaluate any jobsite situation and respond accordingly.
Job would require safety, scheduling, take-offs, procurement/ordering products, quality control, client interaction, inspections, subcontractor and employee management.
