Jetton Construction, Inc. of Emeryville is seeking a Project Engineer to assist our Project Managers and Site Supervisors in overseeing, managing and directing all aspects of residential construction projects. The position requires experience and knowledge of high-quality residential construction, strong computer skills as well as general organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Duties
Construction drawing and specification tracking and management and distribution including revisions and SK’s
Create, distribute and manage RFI and logs
Create, distribute and manage meeting agendas, notes and logs
Create, distribute and manage submittals and submittal logs
Review and approve material and product orders
Qualifications & Skills
Strong general computer aptitude and skills
Proficiency in MS Windows operating systems and MS Office suite of software programs including Outlook, Excel and Project
Familiarity with cloud based data storage systems like Dropbox
Additional experience with Bluebeam and Procore preferred but not required
