RESTORATION CREW LEADER (WATER/FIRE/MOLD)

Local construction company has a Restoration Divison. We are looking to hire a Restoration Crew Leader who will perform mitigation on water, fire/smoke, mold damaged commercial/residential property, including biohazard clean-up. Restoration Crew Leader will lead daily activities of team members on jobsite to ensure work is done according to industry standards of contracted services.

JOB DUTIES

Crew Leader manages on site crew of technicians/subcontractors.

Crew Leader must be well-organized to proactively plan out daily job requirements for self and team.

Crew Leader must be able to direct/mentor technicians to keep the job moving in fast-paced productive environment.

Crew Leader must be familiar with setup of containment/equipment and take down requirements.

Perform mitigation of water/fire/mold damaged structures: Sanitization and soft demolition and may include some basic build-back repairs on smaller jobs (if skilled).

Crew Leader will have industry knowledge of equipment maintenance.

Crew Leader is responsible for inventory control and ensuring company vehicle is organized to support tasks needed to perform work. Crew Leaders responsibility to identify standard materials needed for order.

Leader mut be ready to respond to Emergency Services requirements on rotational basis.

May assists with property inspections when not running job site(s).

Crew Leader will follow and guide team on OSHA standards.

Crew Leader will ensure job site is safe and signage is posted as needed.

Crew Leader will quality inspect the job site daily to ensure work is clean and organized.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of Restoration Industry experience.

3+ years of supervisory skills.

Preferred candidate must have IICRC training certification (WTR, MLD, FIR, SMK).

Asbestos State License Certification is a plus.

Must be able to work in Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Solano counties.

Must be able to perform physical labor and be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Must be able to access and work in small areas including crawlspaces and attics.

Must have a professional and clean appearance.

Must have problem-solving skills.

Must have the ability to communicate well with others; bilingual is a plus.

Good customer service skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

You must have a reliable and verifiable work history.

Must have great attitude, be punctual, and hardworking individual.

Must be goal driven to complete assignments on time.

Drinking and drugs will not be tolerated on job site.
