The Right Candidate Will Have:
DIR Certified Journeyman Card (Verifiable)
A clean driving record and reliable transportation
A great work ethic with a track record of responsibility and dedication
Positive attitude with a hunger to learn and earn
Broad experience in residential service and installation
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to navigate the code book confidently
A teachable, growth-oriented mindset — you’re eager to sharpen your skills and stay current
The desire to mentor and uplift others within the team
Dependability, excellent communication skills, and a focus on conflict resolution
A detail-oriented nature and commitment to doing the job right — the first time
