Earth Runners, a nature-inspired outdoor sandal brand founded in 2012, is hiring dependable shop hands for our busy summer season. This is a seasonal role (June – August) at our West County facility, focused on supporting sandal production and fulfillment through hands-on, repetitive tasks. Perfect for hard-working individuals looking to earn extra money this summer.
Position Overview: Shop Hand (Support Role)
Assemble sandal components (boxes, buckles, laces)
Cut and press webbing/hardware
Perform standing, repetitive tasks (lifting up to 30 lbs)
This is an entry-level support role with no long-term training or advancement into other roles due to the seasonal nature of the position.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks and basic tool use
Easy-going team players with strong communication skills
Must live within a 30-minute commute of our West County facility to ensure reliability
Pay & Perks
Seasonal Part-Time to Full-Time (June – August)
Hours/Week: 24–40 hours (overtime available)
Starting Wage: $21.00/hour
