LOOKING FOR TECHNICIANS / MECHANICS WITH:
- 5+ YEARS AS AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC PREFERRED
- DEMONSTRATING ADVANCED SKILLS IN DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRS ACROSS VARIOUS VEHICLE MAKES AND MODELS.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS, INCLUDING ENGINE, ELECTRICAL, SUSPENSION, AND BRAKING.
- PROFICIENCY IN USING DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT TO IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE COMPLEX TECHNICAL ISSUES.
- EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL!
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS!
- PERFORM ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS, REPAIRS, AND MAINTENANCE ON A WIDE RANGE OF VEHICLES.
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- A.S.E. CERTIFIED IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
- GOOD ATTITUDE
- GOOD ATTENDANCE
- KEEP WORKSPACE CLEAN
Ideal candidates should be strong in both diagnostic skills and general repairs and must be highly motivated. Ideal candidates must have tools and general equipment maintenance knowledge, excellent decision making skills, good problem solving skills, the ability to report research results, must be self-motivated, have good judgement, and be focused on quality, production and safety.
