What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with precision and efficiency
Work both independently and as part of a team to solve complex plumbing issues
Follow company procedures and uphold our high standards of quality and safety
Maintain detailed records of time, expenses, and materials for each job
Operate hand, power, and shop tools safely and effectively
Keep company-provided work trucks clean and stocked
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional attitude
What We Require:
Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience (must be verifiable)
High school diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent work experience
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
"Safety-first" mindset and adherence to all safety protocols
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, web browsing)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (minimum 2 years driving history)
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Job Details & Benefits:
Work Locations: Multiple locations in San Francisco and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation (O/T available)
Earning Potential: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year (base pay + commission)
