Established young construction company of over 15 years is growing our team with the right team players.

Must have 10 - 15 years working in High end Residential Construction projects with experience in seismic upgrading and high end finish carpentry with 5 years plus in the Superintendent Position.
Daily duties include
Lining out activities for our carpenters, skilled apprentices and laborers per plans.
Instructing sub contractors on their scope and supervising the finish product
Communicating between homeowners, architects, engineers and company staff
Compiling schedules, RFI's, change orders, submittals and researching materials for the project.
Regular meetings will occur with the Project manager in discussing project objectives, deadlines, roadblocks
whilst ensuring health and safety is maintained on the job site.
The project is based in SF and will be a Full time position Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm.
Must be presentable, able to work as part of a team and able to communicate within a team environment with
Spanish fluency a plus.
The suitable candidate must be able to problem solve and provide solutions to conditions that occur onsite.
Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
Hourly rates starting from $55 - $70 per hour based on experience.
Over time rates apply and group health insurance is available.
PTO and holiday pay are provided and if project goals are met annual bonus is provided.
