General Construction and Building Maintenance Company looking for Skilled Carpenters/construction Workers and Apprentices or Helpers.
The office and shops are located in the Bayshore industrial area, and we mostly perform work in San Francisco, with some occasional jobs in surrounding communities.
We do everything except new construction and perform work from foundations to roof, we also provide building maintenance to several commercial and residential clients.

Work duties would include but are not limited too, Framing, Trim Work, Window & Door Installation, Cabinetry, Foundation Work, Drywall, Plumbing, Siding Installation, Demolition, Minor Electrical, Waterproofing etc. We also do Tile Work, HVAC and Painting.
Skilled Carpenters/Technicians are required to have their own Basic Tools(skill saw, sawsal, battery operated drill/impact etc) and Transportation(preferably a truck/van).
Apprentices/Helpers are required to have Basic Handtools and Transportation.
Wages will be based on experience, skills and performance
A well rounded skill set would be preferred, however, specialization certain fields could be plus.
