Qualifications: Must Meet All for this Position.
Residential construction: 2 year (Required)
Skilled in interior finish carpentry. (Required)
Skilled in framing, drywall and painting.
Experience with exterior siding.
Must be a problem solver – somebody who is able to figure issues out on their own.
Must work well with a team and communicate effectively. (Required)
Have your own cell phone and reliable transportation. (Required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Must have own general tools. (Required)
Must have steel-toe boots and gloves (Required)
Must have a truck
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility: You MUST have experience with Interior Finish Carpentry & Exterior Repairs of all kinds, including laying tile , flooring and painting.
Secondary responsibility:
Experience with exterior siding, along with framing, demo, hanging drywall to taping mud and sanding. Jobs may include fencing.
Rough plumbing and rough electric experience is a huge plus, but not required.
This job will also be responsible for using hand and power tools, lifting materials, working on a ladder, unloading/loading material, digging and other tasks as assigned.
Communicate with GC, Forman or supervisors to convey information and resolve problems.
There will be minimal training, as you will be jumping right into work on your first day.
Safety and company procedures are Mandatory.
Travel is required depending on the job site. Truck is a Plus.
