Hey Painters! Are you tired of driving in rush-hour traffic to do house painting jobs? Most of our work takes place at our shop in Emeryville—no worries about winter rain, or seasonal slow-downs. Our hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM, so you don't have to sit in traffic and can have some free time in the afternoons.
We are looking for a painter with recent experience in prepping, masking, and staining and finishing wood surfaces. Experience with airless and air-assisted equipment is needed. You will work as part of a small team and learn techniques not standard to house painting.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a painter.
Be a US Citizen and/or have legal work documents.
Have a current driver’s license and be a low-risk driver so you can drive our company van for supply runs or (occasionally) to an onsite project.
Able to read, write, and speak English
Capable of safely lifting 50 pounds (five-gallon paint cans or cabinetry) without restrictions.
Physically capable of standing while working throughout the workday.
Proof of current COVID-19 vaccination, or willingness to get one.
You must live within a reasonable driving distance of Emeryville.
Capable of passing an "OSHA Respirator Fitness Test" so you can wear a respirator when working with some of our coatings.
