We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning to execution. Project Manager will work with General Building Contractor, Foreman/Superintendents, and communicate with clients. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and work well with people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates Project Schedules and drive deliverables.
Develop sand oversees all stages of project.
Responsible for tracking financial activities associated with project costs. Budgets vs. Actuals Spend and ability to report GPM per project.
Provide timely project status reports weekly with Senior Management.
Hire Subcontractors as needed for project. We are not opposed to using your own contacts as long as they are licensed/insured.
Pick-up materials, if needed.
Submits approved Estimates/Quotes to Accounting.
Approve project expenses for accounting team.
Schedules building permits and inspections as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Formal Project Management Training/Certification preferred or 5+ years minimum of experience in the job role.
Helpful to have hands on industry experience in the trades - especially residential remodels.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Must be computer savy (Project Management software, Office 365, Adobe, DocuSign, email, etc.)
Supervisory skills in delegating tasks and holding people accountable.
Ability to read architectural/engineering stamped plans.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Experience in Xactimate software IS very beneficial for insurance clients.
