Team of 2 full-time apartment managers for 96 unit complex in Santa Rosa. One party maintains on-site office, collects funds, shows units, move-ins and move-outs, coordinates service requests, tenant relations, etc. Second party performs maintenance, apartment turns, etc.
Successful candidates will have some real estate background, excellent organization and communication skills, and be able to follow detailed directions. Spanish a plus. Must live on-site.
Compensation includes wages and shared 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment.
