Job Description
We are a well-established property inspection company seeking a
Branch 3 Certified Inspector & Applicator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will perform comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial properties,
identify wood-destroying organisms and their conducive conditions. Top applicants will also be able to apply appropriate treatments in accordance with company standards and state regulations. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent customer
service skills, and the desire to work in a dynamic, independent yet team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections for termites and other wood-destroying pests.
Provide professional, accurate, and detailed inspection reports.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Apply pesticides and chemicals safely and effectively.
Communicate treatment plans, findings, and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with office and field staff to schedule appointments, manage treatments, and meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate service records, including all required documentation and reports.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Current Branch 3 Field Representative or Applicator License (REQUIRED).
Ability to perform applications, implementing treatment plans (PREFFERED).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pest control or related field (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and substance screening.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
