About Us:
We are a full-service, family-owned general contracting company based in San Jose, CA. We focus on residential kitchen and bathroom remodels and complete 25–30 projects per year. We're looking to expand our trusted team with experienced tile setters who take pride in craftsmanship and quality work.
Position(s) Available:
Experienced Tile Setter (Independent)
Tile Setting Crew (Setter + Helper Team)
Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years of verifiable tile setting experience
Strong communication skills; fluent English required
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
Must own all necessary tools for tile installation
Experience working with:
Large format tile
Epoxy grout
Floating substrates
Glass, porcelain, and ceramic tile
Compensation:
Solo Setter: Starting at $30/hr (DOE)
Tile Crew: Pay based on team experience and production
Vehicle compensation provided for travel between job sites
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
30–40 hours per week
No nights

Health insurance available after 90-day trial period
Vehicle compensation for work-related travel

Work is based in and around San Jose bay area, CA
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
